Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day policy for damaged or defective items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement if your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must have a confirmed issue such as a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect product received.
You will need to provide your order number and clear photos of the issue as proof.
To start a request, please contact us at manager@quipham.com within 14 days of delivery.
We do not require physical returns. Please do not send any products back to us.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.

We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Slight color variations due to screen or monitor differences
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or design, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive the correct item is to place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, the EU 14-day cooling-off right does not apply, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, as described above.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
